Terry Fox is a famous Canadian as well as the Terry Fox foundation and Terry Fox Run. When he as 18 Terry Fox was diagnosed with bone cancer and had to amputate his right leg above the knee. To raise money for cancer research he planned to run across Canada: The Marathon Of Hope. Because of the cancer on his lungs, he was not able to finish his mission. But people all over the world continue raising money by participating in Annual Terry Fox run.
