  • Jerry Hadley was a famous American operatic tenor who died Wednesday July 18, 2007 from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. He was 55 years old.

    Friends of the singer stated he had been suffering from depression after divorcing his wife in 2002. In 2006 he was arrested on a drunken driving charge in Manhattan, and was most recently in the process of declaring bankruptcy.
