  • Super Bowl and Flowers

Prior to Teleflora's 2009 commercial, it was approximately 20 years since the last floral company, FTD, advertised during a Super Bowl. The Teleflora ad promotes their "Rubies & Roses Bouquet" in a keepsake vase and features a man giving a box of flowers to a female coworker and the flowers verbally insult her. The ad warns, "Don't send flowers in a box. You don't know what they'll say." and then directs viewers to Teleflora.com.MediaWeek: Teleflora to Launch Super Bowl Ad (January 8, 2009)
