Team Fortress 2

Team Fortress 2 is a multiplayer team-based first-person shooter video game that is part of The Orange Box compilation. Team Fortress 2 is available on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Team Fortress 2 was developed by Valve Software and was rated M for Mature. The game was released on October 10, 2007, for PC and Xbox 360, and on December 11, 2007, for PS3. As a retail standalone for PC, Team Fortress 2 became available on April 8, 2008, on Steam. The game uses the Source engine and since Team Fortress 2 is focused on the multiplayer mode, each player will have the chance to pick one character from 9 available and join a team. Team Fortress 2 features 9 characters divided in 9 classes. These classes are: Pyro, Engineer, Spy, Heavy, Sniper, Scout, Soldier, Demoman and Medic. Each class has different skills and abilities that can be used by players to support their teams. Since Team Fortress 2 offers various playing modes, the objective of each match can be different. In Capture the Falg, each team must obtain a briefcase while in King of the Hill players will have to capture various strategic points controlled by their opponents.
