Taurus

Taurus is the second astrological sign of the zodiac. It is placed on the calendar between April 21st and May 21st. In mythology, Taurus the bull represents a powerful force of strength and also fertility. The bull's horns are symbolic of abundance. In Greek mythology Taurus is associated with the form of the white bull that Zeus adopted in order to attract the attention of Europa. When she climbed onto his back he took her off into the sea and swam to Crete where he made her his mistress. People born under the sign of Taurus are believed to have attributes associated with the sign including determination, stubbornness, quick wit and extreme loyalty.
