Tara Conner is a beauty pageant titleholder and model who won the titles of Miss USA 2006 and Miss Kentucky USA 2006. In late 2006, the beauty queen became involved in a scandal when news reports claimed she had been drinking and had tested positive for cocaine use. Conner, who claims to have been sober for the past two years, appeared on the MTV reality show Girls of Hedsor Hall in February of 2009 as a mentor. Connor states in an interview with Fox News' Pop Tarts in April of 2009 that she used her negative past experiences to help struggling girls on the reality show and that she has "no regrets at all" and "wouldn't change a thing."
