Tammy Blanchard is an American stage, television and film actress. She won an Emmy award for best supporting actress in a miniseries for her role in the 2003 television movie Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows.

Tammy Blanchard was born in Bayonne, New Jersey on December 14, 1976. She first garnered national attention for her role on the Daytime soap opera Guiding Light. After spending three seasons on the show, she followed up her success with an Emmy award winning performance as the young Judy Garland in the television movie Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows. She has since earned a Tony award nomination for her work on Gypsy: A Musical Fable and has also appeared in the critically acclaimed Robert DeNiro feature film The Good Shepherd.All Movie: Tammy Blanchard
