  • Tamiflu is a drug given for the treatment and prevention of influenza. The Department of Homeland Security's Janet Napolitano announced that 25%, roughly 12 million doses, of the United States' stockpile of Tamiflu will be released in response to the outbreak of the swine flu on April 26, 2009.
