Gossip blogger Perez Hilton linked to an image of Demi Moore's 15-year-old daughter Tallulah Belle Willis wearing a low-cut top exposing her cleavage in August 2009.
In response, Moore posted a message on her Twitter account saying, "Let me ask all of you, what is it called when someone is telling people to look and focus on a child's "boobs & ass" while providing photos?" She then went on to claim that Hilton was violating laws by encouraging people to participate in the exploitation of a child.
