Over Limit Info
The current version of Over Limits allows players to chain together normal attacks, base artes and arcane artes with no restrictions, creating a devastating series of attacks. Over Limit bars can be stacked into a single bar or spread out to various party members. After entering Over Limit state, an Arcane Arte or Altered Arte can be used immediately before attacking with a Burst Arte for massive damage. The Level 2 Over Limit is given to in the game by an NPC named Judy. To unlock levels three and four, you need to collect certain synthesis materials in order to craft "key items."Something Awful Forums: Tales of Vesperia Thread (Over Limits Info)Tales of Vesperia Fast Facts
