  • The sleek, compact T-Mobile Dash smartphone debuted in October of 2006. The Dash is T-Mobile's exclusive release of the HTC Excalibur that features a full QWERTY keyboard as well as a side touch-bar.
  • Multimedia Uses

    The Dash was originally pre-loaded with Windows Mobile 5.0, although users are encouraged to upgrade to 6.0 through the T-Mobile website. In addition to the Windows Mobile applications, the Dash has messaging support, a media player and a 1.3 megapixel camera.

    Engadget applauded the Dash, calling it the "hottest Smartphone on the American market." Laptop Magazine is not completely sold on this model, complaining of sluggish performance and calling it more of an entertainment phone, than a business phone.
