Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, is the largest city in Australia. It is one of the worlds "most beautiful" cities and is often called one of the most "cosmopolitan." The large size of Sydney makes shopping, dining and entertainment an exciting journey for visitors.
Attractions
Two of the city's most popular architectural structures are the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The Opera House is uniquely designed, and most tourist flock there just to admire the beautiful architecture. The Harbour Bridge is almost an adventure in itself; one can walk or bike across to North Sydney, or climb the arch with the help of a guide. There are also tours that fly you over the bridge so you can see just how magnificent it really is.
Cuisine
Food in Sydney is easy to find and very diverse. Tourist and residents can dine on Chinese, Indian, Spanish or even Nepalese foods at affordable prices, almost anywhere in the city. If you're looking for simple, "Western-style" cuisine, they have that too. Whether your stay in Sydney is three days or three weeks, you can most likely eat food from a different nationality every night.
