Can one person's vote change everything? The 2008 comedy film Swing Vote focuses on the story of a man whose vote doesn't just count, it decides an entire election.

Bud Johnson (Kevin Costner) never makes much of an effort in life. He gets by doing as little as he can until his twelve year old daughter, Molly (Madeline Carroll), persuades him to cast a ballot on Election Day.Yahoo!
