Sweet potato casseroles usually consist of sweet potatoes, pecans and marshmallows which are blended with eggs and vanilla, then baked in a casserole dish.

- Sweet potatoes, peeled, chopped and boiled fresh or canned
- Butter, melted
- Eggs
- Cinnamon, ground
- Nutmeg, ground
- Ginger, ground
- Miniature marshmallows
- Brown sugar

How to Make Sweet Potato Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Using an electric mixer, combine the sweet potatoes, butter, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking pan or casserole dish.
- Top with miniature marshmallows and brown sugar, then bake for 18-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool briefly, serve and enjoy!
