Easy Swedish Meatball Recipe
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix meat, stuffing mix, eggs, onion and water until well blended.
- Shape into medium small meatballs
- Place meatballs in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- Mix and heat beef gravy and sour cream in large saucepan.
- Add meatballs and stir lightly. Try not to break the meatballs.
- Cook on low for another 5 minutes.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
