The "SurvivaBall" is a "self powered, self cooling, self heating, self-hydrating, total recycling, emergency life sustaining device" designed to protect people from whatever climate change brings, whether its hurricanes, drought or rising sea levels. The inflated rubber suit is a satirical prank thought up by The Yes Men.
