There are over 35 hidden Codec conversations in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the character Snake. The Codec skits are unlocked by playing as Snake on the level Shadow Moses Island and pressing a certain button combination. Snake then receives intel on his current enemy on his codec communicator. How to Unlock
- Play as Snake
- Play on Shadow Moses Island
- Press down on the D-pad quickly
- NOTE: We had most success when pressing punch, and then down on the D-pad quickly
- If performed correctly, Snake will not do his normal "box" taunt, but will instead use his Codec to receive information on his current enemy
