• Snake is one of the Unlockable Characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii. He is the main character in the famous Metal Gear video game series, and this is his first appearance in a Super Smash Bros. game. His arsenal of attacks are similar to those in the Metal Gear games, such as throwing hand grenades, using a rocket launcher and turning into a box to hide. • How to Unlock/Info:

  1. Play 15 matches on Shadow Moses Island, then defeat Snake.
  2. Play 130 versus matches, then defeat Snake
  3. Have Snake join you in the Subspace Emissary mode

• Secret Codec Taunts

  1. Play as Snake on Shadow Moses Island
  2. Push down on the D-pad extremely fast
  3. If done correctly, Snake will not turn into a box, but will instead talk on his codec to his team about his current enemy

• Pros

  1. Hand Grenade is strong projectile attack
  2. Powerful smash attacks
  3. Upward smash hits multiple times
  4. Very heavy, difficult to KO
  5. Great recovery tactics
  6. Forward smash is powerful in Subspace Emissary

• Cons

  1. More susceptible to close-range attacks
  2. Explosive attacks also hurt Snake
  3. Recovery moves can be countered easily.
  4. Remote Controlled Missile leaves Snake wide open
