From the Animal Crossing series, Smashville is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii. The stage consists of a simple floating platform with a smaller moving platform above it. Most of the time, characters in Animal Crossing watch the match take place in the background. About every minute, a red balloon comes on the screen, which can be popped by any of the competitors. The background changes from night to day to match the Wii's internal clock. If the game is played on Saturday at 8 p.m., K.K. Slider appears in a live concert.
