Pikmin & Olimar are a playable set of characters from the Pikmin series that appear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii. Captain Olimar was the main character of the Pikmin series and is joined by the multi-colored Pikmin. Olimar might be one of the smallest characters in the game, but with Pikmin, he can deliver a lot of power to his opponents. Many Smash fans are divided among whether Olimar is a great or weak character.

Taunts:
- Up: Jumps joyfully

- Down: Gets on the floor and rises up

Pros:
- Has one of the best up-smash and forward-smash attacks in the game
- Pikmin provide for long-range game
- Easy to avoid opponent attacks
Cons:
- Recovery can be countered easily; it's very weak if Olimar doesn't have Pikmin
- When off the platform, Olimar susceptible to easy knockouts
- Cycling between Pikmin can leave Olimar open to attacks
- After being KOed, Olimar re-spawns with no Pikmin
