The Mario Bros. stage appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii and is based on the arcade game of the same name. It is much like the stage in the retro game, as players try to avoid Spineys and Koopas that can cause damage. It is tough to knock out the opposing character, as the levels block an opponent from sailing out of the stage. It is not considered a tournament-worthy level by several Smash communities.

- Size: Large
- Random Elements: Spineys and Koopas roam the stage. The levels, much like in Mario Bros., can be briefly warped by going under them, jumping up and hitting them.
- Interactive Elements: The POW Block damages the Spineys and Koopas.
- Scrolling Level: No
- Hazards: The Spineys and Koopas can cause damage.
