• Gameplay

  Created as one of the first video games to bring the 2D platform into the 3D realm Super Mario 64 incorporates several innovative features. Environments are much more open that previous titles which allows the player to wander as they kill enemies. The storyline is similar to previous Mario games where Princess Peach has been kidnapped by Bowser and its up to Mario to save her.

  1. The Wing Cap: Lets Mario fly
  2. The Metal Cap: Makes Mario immune to most damage, helps him withstand wind and be unaffected by underwater gases
  3. The Vanish Cap: Allows Mario to walk through some obstacles
