  • Lunch gets Super Sunday underway

It has been a tradition in the United States for people to gather in social settings to watch professional football for over half a century. In 1967, the league held their first ever Super Bowl. Ever since then, the game has become much more than a championship match-up; it has become an unofficial national holiday. A television audience that numbers well into the hundreds of millions gather together at parties big and small to watch the game, and consume a copious amount of beverages, snacks, pizza, and more types of dinner food than can be possibly imagined. Most fans start the party early, watching part of the nearly 4-6 hours of the Super Bowl Pre-Game Show. Especially in the Eastern Time Zone, this means starting off the day with a big lunch, consisting of Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Cold Cuts, and buffalo wings.
