Saxophone legend Kenny G appears in an ad for Audi. In the ad, G is employed at a luxury, high-end prison, tasked with calming down prisoners when the facility runs out of caviar.

One of the other Doritos finalists was this ad, titled "The Best Part." It features two co-workers sharing a bag of Doritos in a somewhat unsanitary fashion.

This ad for the Chevy Cruze opens like a traditional car ad, before switching to elderly viewers in some kind of group home discussing the commercial, clearly unable to hear all of the narrator's statements.

One of the finalists in Pepsi Max's "Crash the Super Bowl" ad contest was this user submission which features a troubled couple fighting over dietary habits. Eventually, they discover they can still enjoy Pepsi Max in harmony. 

Another Bud Light spot, this one touting the popularity of product placement in films and TV. The ad features a filmmaker doing a period movie who decides to insert a variety of Bud Light images into the film anachronistically.

A Chevy truck alerts its owner of trouble in the style of the classic sitcom "Lassie" in this creative spot.

In Hyundai's ad, "Hypnotized," that played during Super Bowl XLV, a variety of sound effects and images are used to lull the audience into a relaxed state. The effect is used to point out some of the "tricks" typically used in auto advertisements. At the end, the viewer is advised to "snap out of it." The ad is one of 3 run by Hyundai during the 2011 Super Bowl, and one of several that used hypnotic imagery.

Another winning Pepsi Max "Crash the Super Bowl" entry featured a nerd getting revenge on bullies using a high-powered torpedo cooler filled with Pepsi.

In the entry for Doritos "Crash the Super Bowl" contest titled "House Sitting," a man uses Doritos to magically clean up a room he has allowed to fall into disrepair.

The "Cowboys and Aliens" ad during Super Bowl XLV featured some new footage of the summer sci-fi action film not previously seen in other promos. The film stars Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford as the cowboys and was directed by "Iron Man" vet Jon Favreau. 

An ad for the Kia Optima features an elaborate action sequence in which cops, spies, gods, aliens and other characters fight over control of a new Kia Optima. The ad concludes with the tagline "One Epic Ride."

Rapper Eminem explains why he never appears in commercials in this ad for Lipton's Brisk Iced Tea. The stop-motion animated ad ends with Eminem suggesting new names for the popular soft drink, only to be rebuffed.

One of Bridgestone Tires' 2 Super Bowl ads was this entry, with a man rushing around down to eliminate an e-mail to which he had accidentally hit "Reply All." He speeds across the city destroying his friends and colleagues' computers before they can read his message.

The Super Bowl ad touting the new Chevy Volt electric car features memorable scenes from the history of electricity, including Ben Franklin's famous kite experiment and Jimi Hendrix performing the song "Foxy Lady" on an electric guitar.

Go Daddy spokespersons Jillian Michaels and Danica Patrick announced the new addition to their team in this ad. Eventually, it was revealed that comedianne Joan Rivers will now be appearing in Go Daddy advertisements.

2011's incarnation of Budweiser's ongoing "Clydesdales" series of ads featured actor Peter Stormare as a frightening Wild West outlaw. After getting and sipping the bottle of Budweiser he requests, Stormare breaks out in song (singing Elton John's "Tiny Dancer") and turns out to not really be so scary after all..

Singer Faith Hill appears on behalf of floral delivery service Teleflora in this ad. 

The Super Bowl trailer for "Transformers: Dark of the Moon," the third film in the franchise and likely the last to be directed by Michael Bay, featured a first glimpse of action footage from the film. Included were shots of an epic battle in a major city, with Optimus Prime laying waste to whole blocks of cars at a time.

A new trailer for the Marvel comic book adventure film "Thor" debuted during the Super Bowl. The film was directed by Kenneth Branagh and tells the story of the god Thor, who is cast out of his home in Asgard and forced to Earth by his father, Odin. The film opens on May 6, 2011, and stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman and Anthony Hopkins.

An ad for the Volkswagen Passat features a miniature version of "Star Wars" character Darth Vader attempting to use his powers for everyday household tasks. The ad is one of two spots purchased by Volkswagen during Super Bowl XLV; the other one featured a computer-animated beetle.

A humorous 30 second spot for Snickers candy bars, titled "This Is Your Job," featured comedians Richard Lewis and Roseanne. In the ad, the two are unlikely employees at a logging site.

Carmax.com's Super Bowl ad featured a variety of people in different situations using the cliched expression "I feel like a ____ at a _____!" Finally, a gymnast uses the phrase "I feel like a customer at Carmax."

Salesforce.com debuted its new "Chatter" app in an animated ad featuring the voices of the Black Eyed Peas. (The Peas are portraying young versions of themselves, known as the "Baby Peas.") The Black Eyed Peas were also serving as the halftime entertainment for the Super Bowl.

The ad showed Samson as a woman who gets aroused over the thought of her cheating husband. The ad features a bobblehead with the likeness of President Barack Obama sitting on a worker's personal desk. As Obama's head bobbles, a disapproving model of Jesus stands nearby.
