Singer-songwriters Jennifer Nettles, Kristian Bush and Kristen Hall formed the country music band Sugarland in 2003.http://www.sugarlandtourdates.com/html/about_sugarland.html The country music band became a duo in 2006 when they released their album, “Enjoy the Ride.” This album included two #1 hits “Want To” and “Settlin” In 2008, their third album, “Love on the Inside” was released. Three more #1 hits were produced from this album which include, “All I want to do”, “Already Gone” and “It Happens.”
Sugarland’s debut album, “Twice the Speed of Life” was released on October 26, 2004. The hit single from this album was “Baby Girl” which got a #2 spot on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Also released from this album were the hit singles, “Something More” “Just Might (Make me Believe)” and “Down in Mississippi (Up to no Good).”

Sugarland Success
In 2006 Kristen Hall left the group to stay home and write songs. This is the same time Sugarland was nominated for the Best New Artist Grammy. They also released their second album, “Enjoy the Ride” which sold 211,000 albums during it’s first week.
In 2007, Sugarland began recording “Love on the Inside” as a follow up to “Enjoy the Ride.” The lead single for this album, “All I Want to do” debuted at #27 in the country music charts which is the highest debut for the duo.
In early 2008, Sugarland received three Grammy award nominations and won awards for Best Country Song and Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group. In 2009, they received two nominations from the Academy of Country Music. During the broadcast of the April 5th 2009 awards show, Sugarland was presented with the Vocal Duo of the Year award. Jennifer Nettles also received a Milestone award which was presented to her by Reba McEntire. .
