The Subaru R1e Electric Car is a subcompact lithium ion powered car capable of two-minute fast charges. The R1e tops out at 65 mph and will be capable of traveling up to 50 miles on a single charge of the battery. The car is also designed to be very recyclable, which has been a complaint about recent electric and hybrid cars.
