Anthony Digilio is a New Jersey man who had his speedboat seized in an investigation into a fatal hit-and-run boating accident. The accident, which reportedly occurred around 1 a.m. on August 3, 2008, killed investment banker Robert Post, and injured his wife Bonnie and their friend Joan Farren.
