The Street Fighter 4 Training Manual is a special 39-page book that Capcom distributed to the media to promote Street Fighter 4. The manuals contains the backstory of the game and its characters, move lists, descriptions of game modes, a history of Street Fighter, interviews and more.Kotaku: Official Street Fighter IV Training Manual Packed With Cammy Junk (January 15, 2009) The training manual was scanned by gaming site Destructoid and distributed online, and can now be downloaded by the public. Street Fighter 4 will be released on February 17, 2009 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Cammy Backstory
Cammy was cloned from the DNA of Street Fighter villain M. Bison and genetically engineered to be an assassin in Bison's army. When she uncovered the truth about who she was, she rebelled and escaped from the headquarters of Bison's Shadaloo headquarters, but not unscathed. Having suffered severe cranial injuries, Cammy lost her memory. Eventually she found herself in the service of Delta Red, an elite English military squadron, where her skills as an assassin were put to use. After encountering Bison in the course of Delta Red operations, Cammy's memory returned, leaving her distraught.Defeating Bison, however, granted her a new lease on life, and she continued her career with Delta Red intending to live her own life. When rumors of Bison's return begin to emerge, Cammy is assigned to infiltrate the Street Fighter tournament and investigate what's really going on.Kotaku: Cammy Training Guide Page
