Street Fighter 4 is a game with 2D backgrounds and 3D rendered fighters. And also the first sequel in the Street Fighter series since Street Fighter 3 in 1997. The game will feature the return of Street Fighter 2's characters and a fighting system reminiscent of Street Fighter 2. It was released in arcades in 2008 and will come to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on February 17, 2009.
New Characters

Street Fighter 4 features four completely new characters to the entire franchise.
Abel is a French mixed-martial artist who is an amnesiac and is fighting to take down M. Bison's organization, Shadaloo. He is big and burly but fairly fast, and uses a variety of martial arts.
Crimson Viper is an American super-spy who wears a black tuxedo and sunglasses, and sports a long ponytail. Rufus, an obese American, is fighting to prove that he's the top fighter from the United States. His rival is Ken.He uses his own brand of kung fu in the game.
El Fuerte is a Mexican professional wrestler who also happens to be a gourmet chef. His attacks are extremely fast and he uses a number of special throws.He is a very great wall jumper and has a vide variety of attacks when using his dash.
