Rufus is one of the new characters in Street Fighter 4. Despite appearances, he's one of the fastest characters in the game and arguably one of the more powerful of the four new characters.iPlayWinner: Rufus Guide
About Rufus
Rufus is an American fighter who is out to prove that he is the strongest martial artist from America. He sees his greatest rival as Ken and is trying to win the Street Fighter tournament to prove that he is superior to him.Though outwardly obese, Rufus is actually one of the faster characters in Street Fighter 4 and extremely agile in battle. He has a dive kick in the air that can make him extremely difficult to defend against up close. He also has some powerful normal attacks, like his crouching Fierce Punch which has gigantic reach, covering nearly 3/4 of the screen. Out of his special attacks, his EX Messiah Kick is arguably the best EX move in the game, as it will beat nearly every other move in the game if you use it at the right time. Finally, though his Ultra isn't special in any way, it can be connected into with ease. The simple combo of short kick, roundhouse kick followed by his Ultra is extremely effective.
