Ken is one of the playable characters in the video game Street Fighter 4. He has been with the Street Fighter franchise since the beginning and headlines a lot of the stories through the series with Ryu. There are 25 total playable characters in Street Fighter 4.
Story
When Ken was young, he was sent to train under a Karate master in Japan. When he got there, he met his master, Gouken, who was also training his adopted son, Ryu. When Ken grew older he left the dojo and went back to the U.S. When he got home, he competed in and won many martial arts tournaments.
Eventually Ken and Ryu meet up and compete in Street Fighter tournaments where more recent story lines take place. At the end of Street Fighter 3, Ken is training pupils of his own, keeps in touch with Ken, and has a family.Street Fighter Wiki: Ken
