Edmond (E.) Honda is a playable character in Street Fighter 4. His roots date back to Street Fighter II, and he uses a sumo fighting style in combat. His goal is to prove his skills and his style to the world by displaying his strength in tournaments.
He has also been known to go after drug dealers that sell to sumo wrestlers. After capturing some of the dealers, he found out that the Shadaloo organization was behind the dealings.Street Fighter Wiki: E Honda
About E. Honda
Honda in Street Fighter 4 plays very similarly to Honda in Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, so if you're familiar with that game you'll have little trouble getting a handle on Honda here. His offense revolves on using his Flying Headbutt to move forward toward his opponent, through fireballs if need be, to do damage. If your enemy gets defensive, you can use the Sumo Splash to hit them from above. If you distance the Splash well enough the attack can cross up, meaning it'll hit the player in the back, past where they're blocking. In the corner, Honda's Ochio Throw becomes a deadly weapon. To set up for a potentially infinite amount of Ochio Throws, use a regular move like a low light kick or punch to get your opponent to block. When they block they'll be put into a state referred to as "block stun" during which they won't have a window to attack. Quickly take advantage of the block stun to do an Ochio Throw. The block stun won't be immediately obvious, but becomes easy to spot and react to with practice.
