About Dhalsim
Dhalsim has supernatural powers that he chose to use in order to raise money for the poor of India. At first, he felt guilty for profiting from violence, but his fears were calmed by his wife who told him his powers were ultimately being used for good.At one point he was a target of assassination by the criminal organization Shadaloo, but was able to convince Cammy not to kill him.
