  • About Chun-Li

Chun-Li became an undercover Interpol detective to search for her missing father. Inspired by Bruce Lee movies as a child, Chun-Li excels in the martial arts. She joined the Street Fighter II tournament in order to get close to its founder, M. Bison, the man responsible for her father's death.Official Site: Street Fighter IV Chun-Li

Chun-Li has good speed and has effective attacks at both close and long range. She can do backflips off of walls and land on her opponent's head. Another signature move is the Spinning Bird Kick, in which she uses her legs to spin through the air and land a succession of kicks on her opponent.

Her first appearance was in Street Fighter II, the only female playable character, and quickly became popular. She was originally excluded from Street Fighter III, but was later added to Street Fighter III: Third Strike due to player outcry at her absence.IGN: Chun-Li Profile
