Cammy is a playable character in Street Fighter 4. She uses hand-to-hand combat techniques including a number of kick moves and throws. She relies on speed, quick attacks and mind games to defeat opponents. Cammy is new to the console versions of Street Fighter 4, having not appeared in the arcade version of the game. She was added to the character roster after being the most requested character in a fan poll conducted by Capcom.

- Spiral Arrow: Quarter-Circle Forward + Kick
- Cannon Spike: Forward, Down, Down-Forward + Kick
- Quick Spin Knuckle: Half-Circle Back + Punch
- Hooligan Combination: Down-Back, Down, Down-Forward, Forward, Up-Forward + Punch. Press Light Kick + Light Punch when close to throw from mid-air
