Excavations at Stonehenge, England, in the summer of 2008 indicates that the mysterious place was used for the healing of sick and injured, besides being used as an observatory, as previous research has found. Stonehenge is a large collection of stones in the Salisbury Plain in Southern England. The Mystery of Stonehenge

Not much is known about the origin or creators of Stonehenge, which allows for many mysterious theories surrounding its existence. The place is the center of some new age religions and neo-pagan and druidic sects, which travels to the site during the Summer Solstice.
