  • The Stone Roses could possibly reunite in 2009 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album. Bassist Gary "Mani" Mounfield told reporters, he, guitarist John Squire and drummer Alan "Reni" Wren are willing to reunite. But, singer Ian Brown isn't interested. Brown has had limited contact with his former band mates since they broke-up in 1996.
