Quote

"The team that you work with is the most important thing - make sure you find partners and employees who are smart and passionate about what you're trying to achieve. Startups are hard and frustrating - it can be a dodgy endeavor, not for the faint of heart. But having a great team can turn frustrations into something huge. Every team member needs to be willing to put in huge amounts of energy to get something off the ground - otherwise, it won't work. They need to be able to stick it through thick and thin. The combination of a great team, creativity, passion, confidence, ferocious determination, and the often necessary irrational optimism can create the next big thing." Stewart Butterfield
