Career
Stevie Richards debuted in the first ECW match in 1992. He started teaming with Raven and later the Blue Meanie in a series of matches. In 1996, Richards and Meanie founded the mock-New World Order faction, the Blue World Order.WWE.com: Stevie Richards BiographyAfter recovering from a severe neck injury, Richards signed with World Wrestling Entertainment in 1999. As part of the storyline, he became Steven Richards, activist and leader of the "heel" (bad guy) group Right to Censor (RTC). The RTC was a spoof of the Parents Television Council, which heavily criticized the WWE at the time.SLAM!
