An American Designer Steven Rosengard placed 11th on season 4 of Project Runway being eliminated off the show on the 5th episode titled "Whats the Skinny". After his time on Project Runway he went back to his hometown of Chicago and created "The Perfect Rose Dress" for Gaga's which produces children's formal clothing.
