Brooke Hundley Affair
He was fired from ESPN after admitting to an affair with a 22-year-old production assistant at the network. ESPN said that Phillips' ability to be an effective analyst was "significantly and irreparably damaged" after the affair. A representative for Phillips said his client planned to admit himself to an "inpatient treatment facility to address his personal issues."
Phillips had admitted to an affair with a production assistant, Brooke Hundley. The affair turned into a "Fatal Attraction"-style relationship, with Hundley taunting Phillips' wife, Marni, over the phone and sending a letter to her bragging about the sexual relationship. Phillips confessed to his wife and police that he had slept with Hundley several times over the summer.http://www.nypost.com/p/news/national/affair_is_foul_for_espn_star_bLw9UoSAQJwJLU4ZDXvvDO
