  • Welsh rockers the Stereophonics released their first greatest hits compilation on December 9, 2008. The album, titled Decade in the Sun: Best of Stereophonics, features 19 hit songs from throughout the band's 16+ year career and six studio albums. The song "You're My Star" is the first single to be released from the album.

  • About the Band

    Stereophonics is a Welsh indie rock band. Originally called "Tragic Love Company," they changed their name after becoming the first band signed to V2 Records in 1996. Stereophonics achieved quite a bit of success in the United Kingdom and Europe, but never became as popular with audiences in the United States. Their sixth album, 2007's Pull the Pin, peaked at #1 on the U.K. charts.
