Life and Career
Stephen Fry was born in Hampstead, London. His father was a physicist. Fry went on to attend Cambridge University for his college degree, and while there he met future creative collaborator Hugh Laurie.Fry kept his homosexuality private during the early years of his life but has been public about his sexuality for a number of years now. He is also public about his personal dealings with manic depression.
Fry has been in a wide range of films and TV shows and has many projects in the works currently, such as Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland (2010) and Jane Austen Handheld He also does the vocals for JK's Harry Potter audio books.
