Steam Chicken Breast Video
In this video, chicken breasts are steamed. First the skin is removed. These are bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts. Spice as desired. In the video, lemon-pepper is used. The breasts are placed in the steamer portion of the steam pot. Not much water is used, just enough to steam. Make sure the stove is on high heat. In about 10 minutes, cut slits in the breast to make sure it's done. Flip chicken breast over and let cook. Breasts will be cooked in about 25 minutes.
