Grilled Steak Marinade Recipe
Many cuts of steak can be marinated before grilling to add a unique flavor to the meat and to keep them tender during the grilling process. For an easy marinade, combine:- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- Two teaspoons of olive oil
- Two teaspoons of ketchup
- One teaspoon of minced garlic
- One teaspoon of oregano
- One teaspoon of black pepper
Combine all of the marinade ingredients and pour over the steaks. Allow the steaks to marinade for about three hours. Be sure to turn the steaks in the marinade frequently.Recipezaar: World's Best Grilled Steak
