  • The Plot

    Startdust is the story of a young man named "Tristan" who promises to catch a fallen star for the girl (he thinks) he loves. On his quest to win her affections, he crosses into a forbidden city that is surrounded by a stone wall.

    Tristan finds the star, "Yvaine", who has transformed into a woman. Others are also seeking the star, including a witch and a group of brothers vying to be king of the magical land. Tristan realizes the meaning of true love on his adventure and his journey changes paths along the way.
