StarCraft 2 Gameplay

Starcraft II requires an active Battle.net account if the player wants to record his progress in the game and the unlocked Achievements. Playing as a guest will only allow the player to advance through the game’s campaign, but the Achievements and the Multiplayer Options are not available.

Unlike the previous episode of the franchise, in Starcraft II, players are able to purchase additional upgrades for their units, from the Armory that is available starting with the 3rd mission. To do so, the player must spend the money that he collects by completing primary and secondary objectives.

The main character in StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, is Jim Raynor, however the player also has the chance to meet some old characters, including Zeratul and Sarah Kerrigan. In addition to that, locations like Mar Sara, and Braxis are available in the game. http://starcraft.wikia.com/wiki/StarCraft_II:_Wings_of_Liberty
