A lawsuit was filed against StarCaps, the maker of an over-the-counter weight loss pill, in October 2008. Jamar Nesbit, offensive guard for the NFL's New Orleans Saints, filed the lawsuit after testing positive for Bumetanide, a substance the NFL considers a "masking agent for steroids." Nesbit claims that Bumetanide was not listed as an ingredient in the pill, but that some of his leftover pills were tested and contained the substance.FOX Sports: Nesbit Files Suit Against Makers of StarCaps (October 28, 2008)
