Lightsabers customization is a key component to Star Wars The Force Unleashed. Lightsabers are equipped with two crystals: a color crystal and a power crystal. There are three basic types of color crystals: standard, which gives you a regular beam, compressed, which makes the beam tight with little radiant glow and unstable, which creates a more vivid ambiant glow. They are then combined with power crystals, which give the Secret Apprentice various power-ups and abilities.
