The cast of Star Trek XI features at least one familiar face to fans of the original Gene Roddenberry television series. Leonard Nimoy reprises his role as Spock, albeit an older version of his character, in the 2009 film. The new Star Trek XI cast Chris Pine (James T. Kirk), Zachary Quinto (Spock), Simon Pegg (Scotty), Zoe Saldana (Uhura) and Karl Urban (Dr. McCoy), will board the starship, U.S.S.
